This been one of the services where people are really happy to see us turn up! We act swiftly to complete the fault finding and repairs, and get them up and running again. The faulty item can be a simple or something from an item plugged in, to rodent to chewing through a cable somewhere within the building - you never know what you going to find.
On average faults can be dealt with within half an hour to few hours depending how complicated the fault is. With full communication though out.
